facet of our organization.--Description: Sanitation Tech 1The
sanitation Tech "San 1" is required to work in an environment that
is wet, very humid, and undergoes extreme temperature changes, from
very hot to very cold due to the changing environment. The
sanitation worker will also be working around large processing
equipment in which industrial sanitation chemicals will be used to
complete the sanitation protocols. The sanitation worker must be
able to work as a team player along with other members of the crew,
under physical working conditions, and be flexible and willing to
perform various tasks per the supervisor's instructions and in
accordance with all safety guidelines mandated by the employer.The
sanitation Tech "San 1" is the first level in skills in Sanitation
and includes an employee just hired, an employee having the basic
knowledge of sanitation up to know and execute up to 50% of the
SSOP's.The sanitation Tech "San 1" is responsible to maintain the
cleanliness of sanitation equipment and facilities with little
supervision, including scrubbing walls, floors, lighting, pipes,
and ductwork or HVAC units, collect and compact cardboard, pick
trash carts and dump them into the compactor, basic use of chemical
for sanitizing purposes or wash light equipment such as scale
buckets, formers, catch pans, utensils, floors, electric boxes,
electric panels, motors, bag electric equipment and pre-op for
changeover, assist with changeovers. Use of cleaning equipment such
as pump foam electric compactors, pneumatic pumps, electric oil
pumps and vacuum.Position Responsibilities:-- Clean and sanitize
ovens, bands, conveyers, tumblers, walls, floor-- Frequently
lift/move hoses, equipment, chemical containers weighing 50lbs.
throughout his/her shift.-- Assist in transporting heavy equipment
with carts, totes or other devices.-- Wear employer-specified
protective gear, including pairs of gloves, face/eye shields,
aprons, boots, etc. (some of which to be supplied by employer).--
Exposure to chemical cleaning solution (with protective gear).--
Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, crouching, etc.
during long periods of time.-- Sweep the floors, apply chemical and
scrub floors as necessary.---- Inspect the equipment looking for
niches or residues.-- Will need to be trained in basic GMP's, LOTO,
chemicals & PPE.-- Need to wash empty totes, formers & scales.--
Need to wash sheeter's, conveyor belts, mixers & corn washers
(Water ONLY).-- Dry clean and sanitize matrixes and packaging
slides.-- Will perform other duties related to his/her position and
department.--Compensation Range:$17.00 - $19.00 per hourWhat We

award.Requirements--Position Qualifications:-- Be able to read and
follow written procedures-- Proven attention to detail,
responsible, mature, self-motivated-- Able to work in fast paced
environment-- Ability to work around the regular shift schedule,
shift-based on production needs including weekends.-- Understand
weekends are the primary days for sanitation and must be available
for wash-downs.-- Lift up to 50 lbs.--Schedule3rd Shift (9pm- 5am)
Sunday - Friday--Salary Description$17.00 - $19.00
