Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Global Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead tax strategy, assessing the tax impact of business
activities
Oversee all aspects of tax compliance and ensure adherence to tax
laws and regulations
Manage accounting for income taxes and lead the evolution of
transfer pricing strategy
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of tax experience, including experience at a
Director level in a global company
In-depth knowledge of partnership tax and tax implications of
private equity structures
CPA license and Big4 experience preferred; Masters in Tax
preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of tax
professionals
Experience in a SAAS company environment preferred
