Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multi-Client Bookkeeper (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online,
ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns, and manage accounts
payable and receivable for multiple clients
Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and
financial reports, while meeting with clients to discuss financial
strategies
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly in client management
within an accounting environment
Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required, along with proficiency
in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
Experience managing multiple clients while balancing varied tasks
accurately
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work
independently and meet deadlines
