Job Description:
A company is looking for an LTC Active Billing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis for
reimbursement payments related to Long Term Care
Review claims data and communicate with insureds and
representatives regarding eligibility and payment decisions
Collaborate with care providers to obtain necessary documentation
and support new team member training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and claims work
experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
information
Eager to learn and understand the long-term care claims process
Exhibit empathy and a strong client focus
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple
activities
