Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Auditor to join their team
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Audit medical records to validate clinical documentation for
various services and diagnoses
Research regulatory guidelines for supporting documentation and
prepare audit summary findings
Maintain production and quality metrics while ensuring
confidentiality of protected health information
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably in multiple
specialties
Extensive knowledge of AMA, OIG, CMS, and national coding and
compliance guidelines
CPC certification required; RHIT or CPMATM to be completed within a
year of hire
Strong experience in behavioral health, OBGYN, and
ophthalmology
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a sense of
urgency
