Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist responsible
for day-to-day billing activities and ensuring accurate and timely
invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information to properly invoice new and renewal policy
activity
Develop and implement workflows for daily billing operations
Prepare and analyze reports to ensure accurate billing activity
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years in billing and accounting, preferably in the
insurance industry
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree is a
plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
Basic understanding of insurance and receivables business processes
preferred
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
