Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation - Paid
Media to drive lead generation strategies through paid media and
ABM execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and benchmark paid media lead acquisition strategies to
meet conversion targets
Maintain a data-first approach with KPI reporting, optimization,
and experimentation
Lead and mentor the paid media team while managing agency
relationships and performance
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of paid media experience in high-growth B2B/SaaS
companies
7-8+ years of people management experience
Core expertise in paid search, paid social, and ABM
Proven ability to manage multiple budgets and optimize spend
Previous experience with ABM platforms and knowledge of marketing
technology
