Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute omnichannel strategies and campaigns to enhance
customer experience and drive business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer
engagement and ensure compliance with data governance policies
Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization
recommendations based on insights and analytics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital marketing within the
biotech/pharma industry
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Salesforce products,
particularly Marketing Cloud and Tableau
Experience with omnichannel customer engagement solutions
Advanced understanding of digital channels, analytics, and audience
segmentation
Proven ability to connect digital data with offline behaviors for
comprehensive analysis
