A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Growth Marketing to
join their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across
various channels
Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to
enhance effectiveness
Coordinate and maintain the promotional calendar for seamless
campaign execution
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital
advertising
Proficiency in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google
Ads
Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and A/B
testing
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or
Tableau
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize
multiple tasks
