Job DescriptionENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to governments and private industries worldwide.We are seeking an experienced Space Systems Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to support Space Systems Command Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (SSC/BC) portfolio. The position is available in El Segundo, California.Duties include but are not limited to:- Support enterprise integration and modernization of tactical level Command, Control & Communications (C3) capabilities to transform satellite operations and improve resiliency.- Perform space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs, as required, to support any stage of the acquisition life cycle.- Prepare and review test plans, and test reports, analytical evaluation of systems' compatibility, and development of requirements.- Document program test strategy and plans, test scenarios and test requirements in development contractor contractual documents and Government program office documentation.- Work with development contractors to ensure developmental test objectives are consistent with applicable standards, instruction and policy.- Work with Government developmental and operational test agencies/organizations to develop the adequate test methodology consistent with the program manager's expectations and other external stakeholders, as appropriate.- Lead and/or participate in test working groups which plan, status, and discuss test related matters.Qualifications Required (Skills)-MS/MA with more than 10 years of direct applicable experience in space control, network integration, RF engineering, computer science, electronic warfare, or systems engineering- Experience in ACAT-like test and evaluation planning and execution for developmental and operational test activities- Experience with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration and testing, test planning, development and execution testing- Experience with test process development, test case design, test procedure development, test execution, system evaluation and test reporting- Technical skills to understand and analyze system problems, define potential solutions, and conduct in-depth technical analysis, assessments and trades and explain results of technical studies in a systems engineering context.- MUST HAVE AT A MINIMUM, A CURRENT TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.
