Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to
serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers,
managing their entire journey
Own product adoption and collaborate with sales to ensure customer
success
Develop and maintain customer success plans, aligning on goals and
strategies for long-term success
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and web
technologies
Proven experience managing high-value accounts
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native
technologies
Experience in project and change management, ideally with
certifications such as ScrumMaster or PMP
