role of MarTech Platform Specialist is leveraging technology to
drive marketing effectiveness, improve customer experiences, and
achieve business goals. Key deliverables include working with
senior stakeholders to develop strategies and programs that build
the relevance and value of the ResMed brand to its customers and
constituencies. Ensuring the delivery of on-time and on-budget
programs for new platform launches and ongoing maintenance of
existing MarTech platforms contributes to improved operational
efficiency, cost savings, regulatory compliance, and better
decision-making capabilities across the
organization.Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to
ensure the platform remains competitive.
- Create and maintain documentation related to platform
processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Set guiding principles and facilitate assessment of platforms
by understanding business objectives and feature requirements in
collaboration with various stakeholders as well as infosec,
privacy, legal, and regulatory teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize
platform performance.
- Continuously improve the performance of these platforms to
enhance marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and overall
efficiency, which may involve customization of workflows,
automation rules, reporting dashboards, and integrations to meet
specific business needs.
- Analyze platform data to identify trends, patterns, and areas
for improvement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating as needed
to technical support or development teams.
- Assist in the development and execution of the roadmap for
digital asset management, workflow management, and marketing
productivity tools.
- Provide training and support to internal and external
stakeholders on platform usage and best practices.
- Prepare and deliver executive platform reviews, presenting
performance, key metrics, and plans.
- Automation and scripting for platform management tasks.Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in platform management, with a technical
background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
technical issues.
- Ability to analyze platform data and performance to suggest and
plan enhancements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration
skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and implement emerging
technologies.
- Must have hands-on experience evaluating, assessing,
onboarding, and managing enterprise-level platforms such as digital
asset management, workflow management, and marketing productivity
tools.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a
