Job Description:
DescriptionSupport the Office of the Patient Experience with
complex data analysis, quality improvement, and decision
support.Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct advanced analysis on patient satisfaction, departmental
practices, and quality improvement data. Develop systems and tools
to present data insights for informed decision-making.
- Lead the creation of a CRM for patient feedback, collaborating
with IT and senior leadership to ensure data integrity and
efficiency. Facilitate the use of CRM insights to address patient
needs across the organization.
- Establish and oversee PFACs, recruit and train advisors, and
communicate patient concerns to relevant departments. Develop
metrics to track PFAC impact, ensuring compliance with health
system policies and CMS guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on PFAC initiatives, deliver
presentations, and represent UCLA Health at conferences on patient
engagement.
- Oversee PFAC budget and monitor expenses.Salary Range:
$89,930-123,443/yearQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare
Administration, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent)
preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within a healthcare
setting.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including creating
reports and developing metrics.
- Experience in CRM development and implementation, preferably in
a healthcare environment.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting
complex data.
- Proficiency in data management systems and CRM tools.
- Strong technical skills in data visualization software, such as
Tableau or Power BI, and statistical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting
and presenting findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and
communicate effectively with senior leadership, IT, and
patient-facing staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Budget management experience, especially in tracking expenses
and reporting on financials.
