"role".About The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and execution-oriented
VP, Product to spearhead the evolution of Ticketure, our
cutting-edge ticketing platform. You'll be the driving force behind
our product strategy, shaping the roadmap and leading the charge in
delivering exceptional experiences for our diverse clientele,
including world-renowned museums, zoos, and cultural attractions.
You'll collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to define and
execute a product vision that aligns with our ambitious company
goals. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a
product that connects millions of people with enriching
experiences.This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates
must be located in California, Oregon, Washington, or Colorado.
Candidates may be required to travel and/or meet up in-person from
time to time. There may also be an expectation in the future for
hybrid work in a local office.About You
- You're a passionate product leader with a proven track record
of success in the SaaS space, ideally with experience in the
dynamic world of ticketing or e-commerce.

- You bring a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle,
from discovery to delivery.

- Guide and mentor our talented Product and Design teams,
fostering a collaborative, high impact environment where innovation
thrives.
- Develop and champion a product strategy that aligns with our
company's vision, ensuring Ticketure remains at the forefront of
the industry.
- Be a tireless advocate for our customers, gathering and
analyzing feedback to shape product requirements and deliver
exceptional user experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and
competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities to expand our
product offerings and market reach.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to
launch.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Master's degree is a plus.
- Seven or more years of proven product management with B2B
software or similar experience.
- Prior experience managing a team of product and design
roles.
- Strong understanding of product management principles,
methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile development techniques and
processes.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Experience in the ticketing industry is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of software development techniques. Not
necessarily as a developer, but tech savvy and can speak the
