HSE Manager Job DescriptionFull-Time - Santa Fe Springs, CA]$85,000-$120,000 As our health, safety, and environment (HSE) manager, you'll lead our efforts to ensure our workplace is safe, healthy, and free of risks to the environment and our community. Your role will help keep our employees and contractors safe, while keeping our environment safe as well.What You'll Do

• Identify and assess risks on our job sites, and develop plans to mitigate and eliminate those risks.
• Ensure our company and all of our job sites are in compliance with local and federal OSHA regulations.
• Help us build a risk-aware, safety-focused culture that serves our customers and our community with excellence.
• Create an annual HSE plan and train employees and managers on updated procedures.
• Drive our environmental and sustainability efforts forward to meet our targets.
• Aim for a 100% safety record on all of our job sites.What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in health and safety in Manufacturing related projects
  • Deep knowledge of construction management methods, processes, and best practices
  • Experience in investigating work related injuries accidents
  • Evaluate and Improve Safety Protocols and Policies
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
  • Commitment to continuous education, improvement, and learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Ability to create and coordinate Safety Training Programs
  • Experience in change management, with exceptional communication and conflict management skills to drive needed changes in the organization.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and drive to get things done.
  • Collaborative and open-minded leadership style.
  • Coaching and training skills.
  • Environmental, Risk Management, and/or Quality qualification.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in health, safety, engineering, or a related field.What You'll Like About Us
