Job Description:

A company is looking for an OCM Lead for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing an enterprise-level OCM strategy for workforce planning
Conducting change impact and stakeholder analyses to tailor engagement and communications
Designing and delivering training programs based on stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications

Experience deploying change management tools and methodologies
Proven ability to manage large programs with organized communication protocols
Experience with Organizational Change Management principles and methods
Accredited HSD/GED
Experience with MS Office & MSTeams products
