Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the definition and execution of project scopes, objectives,
and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
Manage the lifecycle of delivery process improvement projects and
oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and ensure seamless
integration of Professional Services initiatives with
organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in
SaaS or technology environments
Experience delivering SaaS solutions, including onboarding and
implementations
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or
Microsoft Project
Familiarity with service delivery models and customer success
Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and performance
tracking
