Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee portfolio strategy, diagnostics, and analytics for
high-profile corporate real estate clients
Develop and implement complex real estate strategies while managing
a team and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Monitor organizational performance, evaluate space rationalization,
and present findings to executive management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience;
a combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience in analyzing real estate portfolios and aligning
initiatives with broader business objectives
Proven leadership skills in staffing, training, and performance
management
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset
