Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Identity Access Management
Engineer (Fixed Term).
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage the overall IAM program in alignment
with organizational objectives and regulatory standards
Drive standardization and automation of IAM processes for employee
lifecycle events
Oversee Okta integration, including setup, configuration, and
maintenance of the Okta environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Okta administration,
implementation, and integration
5+ years of experience in IAM roles, building and managing IAM
programs from inception
5+ years of experience with identity management principles such as
SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and access controls
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (preferred)
Experience with regulatory and compliance standards related to IAM
(preferred)
