Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage and optimize customer communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution of email, SMS, and direct mail marketing campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in CRM marketing focused on email, SMS, and direct mail
Proven experience with email marketing platforms and SMS tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry regulations
