Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Support to oversee
a team in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and lead contact center representatives
Provide oversight for the Supervisor level within the Support Team
and conduct team meetings
Prepare reports and analyze call center data to improve processes
and maximize efficiency
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a contact center manager or similar
position
College degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Zoom contact center
system, and MS Office
Experience migrating CRM/ticketing and phone systems
Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate
employees
