Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Property Manager responsible
for overseeing and managing the overall performance and
profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated
region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee property performance, ensuring operational and financial
goals are met through inspections and action plans
Collaborate with property management teams and regional support
services to enhance asset performance
Prepare and present reports on property performance and market
trends to ownership and senior management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related
fields preferred
Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties
Proficiency in property management software and financial
analysis
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market
trends
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
