Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Relationship
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated
issues effectively and timely
Develop and implement standardized escalation procedures and
policies to enhance service delivery
Analyze escalation patterns to identify root causes and collaborate
on corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Relevant educational background or proven experience in customer
service, conflict resolution, and project management
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence
others
Superior organization and planning skills to manage projects within
deadlines
Experience in HR Shared Services or Customer Service
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
