Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services and
Customer Support, Corporate Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a global customer-first team and foster a culture of
exceptional customer satisfaction
Oversee the implementation and continuous support of solutions,
managing P&L for services and support
Collaborate with various teams to maximize customer value and
contribute to revenue through value-added services
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in leading global professional services and
customer operations
Experience managing Enterprise and mid-market Professional Services
organizations
Proven management of Customer Support functions, including B2B and
B2C support teams
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and implementation
processes
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and
internal stakeholders
