Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with provider teams to develop and manage provider
quality strategies and incentive programs
Analyze provider performance and implement improvement
interventions to enhance quality metrics
Support healthcare redesign and reimbursement strategies to achieve
growth objectives and improve member outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
