Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cardiac Check-In Health Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive health assessments and monitor patients'
progress in the cardiac rehabilitation program
Provide personalized education on cardiovascular health and
lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive
patient care and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Exercise Science,
Kinesiology, or a related field
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting, preferably with
cardiac patients
Background in fitness, health coaching, or exercise physiology is
highly desirable
Motivational and goal-oriented approach to patient care
