Job Description:
Our church has a very successful coffee shop that is going
through a holistic rebrand, renovation, and reorganization process.
We are looking for a qualified candidate to be the Coffee Shop's
Executive Director. Extensive non-profit, cafe, and leadership
experience is required.This is a full-time, salaried position with
high expectations for profitability, alignment with our church's
evangelistic values, and much more.A qualified candidate will be
determined, a strong leader with hospitality experience in
managerial or ownership roles, who is deeply passionate about
ministries like Alpha and other hospitality-driven evangelistic
outreaches, and is deeply connected to the Vineyard movement in
philosophy, theology, and relationships.
