Job Description:

Summary: Full time supervisor sought for upscale Japanese Sushi restaurant, must have 3+ years experience in upscale casual or fine dining, strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and ability to operate effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Ensure team members operate in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Plan and coordinate team members and resources to provide efficient and profitable service.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, consistency, health, and safety.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of supervisor/manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
    • Preferred experience with Japanese cuisine.
    • Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Basic knowledge of laws and regulations.
