Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support
core HR functions and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with U.S. and international labor laws
Manage staff relations and maintain accurate staff records
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
equivalent experience
3+ years of HR experience, particularly in a remote environment
In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations
Experience with HR platforms such as BambooHR and Google Suite is a
plus
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
