Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Sr. Advisor to
join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an informational resource for HR processes including
onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits
Research and explain HR-related inquiries to employees in North
America in a timely manner
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring
compliance with company policies and state guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human
Resources (or equivalent)
3+ years of related work experience
Ability to apply fundamental HR principles and company policies to
tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential assignments in a
fast-paced environment
