Job Description:
A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Counsel on a
contract basis to support their legal teams and business
divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice on various employment law issues and ensure
compliance
Draft and review employment-related agreements and manage
employment litigation
Assist in developing training programs and collaborate with
stakeholders on international employment matters
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active admission to the bar of any state
5+ years of directly related legal experience
