Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate in Human Resources Risk &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced Excel tasks and compile data for regulatory audit
reports
Liaise with outside counsel on immigration processing and maintain
compliance records
Lead various HR procedures and partner on internal and external
audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business with an HR emphasis or equivalent
experience
5+ years of relevant experience at a Senior Analyst or Associate
level
Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
Strong analytical abilities
