Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of People to shape
organizational culture and lead human resources strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals,
focusing on employee well-being and retention
Champion company culture and implement programs to enhance team
cohesion and engagement
Oversee recruitment processes and innovate sourcing strategies for
remote hiring
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role, preferably managing remote teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field; HR certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and HR technology
Knowledge of employment law in various countries or willingness to
learn
Passion for people development and culture building
