A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Senior Program
Manager to lead and coordinate various projects and initiatives
within the Benefits Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Support product strategy, roadmap, and execution of end-to-end
processes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather market
intelligence and inform development strategies
Lead key initiatives and cross-functional teams to ensure
successful outcomes and drive profitable growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or a related
field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the group insurance
industry
Proven track record of developing strong relationships with matrix
partners and vendors
Ability to identify strategic needs and lead projects with little
or no direction
Goal-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to work in a
dynamic environment
