Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator to
support and maintain its IT infrastructure with a focus on
healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
User and Access Management: Set up and maintain user accounts and
access controls
IT Hardware and Application Support: Assist in the maintenance and
troubleshooting of IT hardware and software, including EHR/EMR
systems
Database Management: Support database operations and ensure data
integrity and backups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in IT support with a focus on system
administration
Knowledge or experience in a healthcare environment, preferably
with EHR systems
Familiarity with healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra, and
Intune
