Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Transaction Center
of Excellence (TCoE) / Corporate Procurement - Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and expertise to corporate procurement,
focusing on value creation and risk mitigation
Draft and negotiate various agreements while driving successful
business outcomes
Identify and resolve complex legal issues related to procurement
and professional services
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the bar in at least one of the fifty states
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in sophisticated
transactions, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Ability to find creative solutions to transactional issues and
process improvements
Demonstrated business insight and understanding of the
pharmaceutical industry
