Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Fintech Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business stakeholders on financial laws and regulations
across multiple jurisdictions
Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to design and implement
financial products while ensuring compliance
Draft and negotiate agreements with financial institutions and
review advertising materials for compliance
Required Qualifications
Degree from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent, with
necessary legal practice qualifications
6+ years of legal experience in US and international financial
products and services
Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements within
the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations across multiple
jurisdictions
Subject matter expertise in products/services like commercial
credit, banking products, and alternative payment methods
