Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to
assist in building their customer service operations in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels,
including calls and in-app chat
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve
processes and products
Support team members by mentoring new joiners and serving as a
point of escalation
Required Qualifications
Willingness to work shifts between 8am-10pm ET, including
weekends
Experience in customer support via phone, email, or chat
Background in tech or financial services
Experience with financial disputes or fraud is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
