Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to join their
product team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering and other teams to drive product strategy
and roadmap priorities
Own the end-to-end user journey, from ideation to final
production
Help build and maintain the design system and project files
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Product Design experience, with previous Staff-level
title preferred
Experience in a rapidly-growing, product-focused company,
preferably a startup
Strong visual and interaction design skills, including prototyping
and UX best practices
Ability to collaborate strategically with UX Research, Product, and
Engineering teams
Deeply customer/product-oriented, capable of participating in all
product phases
