Product Designer (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite per week)

Overview

As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in driving growth and user acquisition through innovative feature design across mobile web and desktop platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, SEO, and engineering, to create user-centered designs that improve engagement, and enhance overall product experiences.

Your focus will be on delivering seamless and intuitive interfaces that align with business goals while ensuring high usability standards. This role will challenge you to think strategically and creatively to elevate our product offerings, ultimately contributing to the success of key growth initiatives.

The impact you'll make:

• Design and iterate on user acquisition and growth features for both mobile web and desktop.
• Create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that optimize user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring consistency and usability across products.
• Use data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions. What you've accomplished:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in product design and have shipped several products and features.
  • Proven experience in product design, with a strong focus on feature design for growth and acquisition.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs. Bonus points:
    • Previous experience designing for e-commerce.
    • Expertise in Figma, and prototyping.
    • Passionate/positive about the weed culture and movement.
    • Experience working in the weed tech industry. The base pay range for this position is $90,000- $104,000 per year
