Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the mentoring practice
in alignment with organizational goals
Oversee the delivery of consulting projects while ensuring client
satisfaction and quality standards
Drive innovation in mentoring methodologies and represent the firm
as a thought leader in the industry
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in consulting, focusing
on mentoring or leadership development
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and
client management
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and adapt to
various cultural environments globally
