Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Performance Senior Associate
to support the Strategy & Performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain communication strategies for stakeholder
alignment and transparency
Manage special projects related to Enterprise Tech and Data
Governance initiatives
Implement change management best practices to ensure effective
adoption of changes
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of business
performance experience
Associate's degree with 6 years of business performance experience
OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of business performance
experience
Proven experience in running meetings and coordinating with
cross-functional teams
Experience with digital tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power
BI
Experience in SharePoint site management is a plus
