Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Deployment Strategist to
lead deployment efforts for complex projects in the insurance
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct impact analysis and propose mitigation strategies for
deployment impacts
Establish best practices and document procedures for deployment
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and
recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical
experience
Extensive experience in deployment strategies and technical
expertise
Proficiency in Confluence, PowerPoint, and workflow design tools
like MIRO or Figma
Expertise in Life/Health or P&C insurance functional
domains
Proven experience in leading and managing implementation
estimates
