Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Business Development
Representative who excels in sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily, aiming for a 20%
conversion rate into scheduled appointments
Initiate contact with customer leads through cold calling and
LinkedIn networking
Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing the outcomes of
scheduled appointments
Required Qualifications
Possess a BA or BS degree; a major in Business or Marketing is
preferred but not required
Highly motivated and target-driven with a commitment to advancing a
career in sales
Ability to quickly and efficiently comprehend new concepts
Excel in a fast-paced environment with practical time management
skills
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
