A company is looking for a Provider Call Center Inbound Contacts
Representative for KY Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
Address incoming inquiries via telephone, digital, or written
communication
Resolve complex benefit questions and educate members on
services
Record details of inquiries and escalate unresolved issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum 3 years of technical experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Outlook and MS Teams
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
