Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Inbound Patient Advocate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers through various
channels
Handle inquiries related to products, insurance billing, and test
results
Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve customer issues
and improve service
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
or biotechnology
Experience using customer service applications, such as Service
Cloud and Salesforce
BA/BS preferred but not required
Ability to work in a HIPAA compliant environment
Must have a remote workspace that meets HIPAA compliance
standards
