Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Specialist to
provide exceptional service and support to clients in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve client needs efficiently using knowledge base and tools
Document client interactions to ensure continuity and accuracy
Assist clients with onboarding and provide guidance on
processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent
Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong
plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented
role
