Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Support/Data Entry Coordinator.



Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Create and edit patient records in the database system based on incoming referrals
Initiate outreach to patients and prescribers for additional information as needed


Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
General computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
