Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Specialist to coordinate
processes and tasks related to account administration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure prompt processing of enrollment, renewals,
changes, and cancellations for assigned groups
Train and motivate new employees while serving as a team lead for
account administration
Prepare and issue contracts, benefit books, and ID cards while
responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or 2 years of job-related work experience
3 years of administrative/clerical support and/or customer service
experience
1 year of experience in a membership/billing/accounts role
Good judgment and effective organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
