Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to interact with
customers and process various requests remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with internal and external customers through multiple
communication channels
Process and maintain accuracy in requests, inquiries, and
transactions
Conduct data analysis and provide feedback on employee development
needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of applicable experience
Exceptional research skills and understanding of planning
processes
Proven experience in reviewing and auditing documents
Familiarity with clinical review processes and obtaining
authorizations
